How to Navigate Mom Guilt

Mom guilt is something a lot of mothers experience, especially when it comes to needing to return to work or your self-care needs. We want to acknowledge that making time for yourself is okay, and is well-deserved. Moms need breaks, and we want to acknowledge the stigma that surrounds this topic. Here we provide an emphasis that mom guilt is common and there are ways to overcome it. We have provided some tips on what you can do for yourself. In addition, we have linked our mental health and social support page if you are looking for specific resources.
